First morning of summer vacation dawned cool and windless - perfect for a run!
Bryan and the kids were ready to run! Shan dressed to "look fast"...
The racers took their marks...and took off! Shan and Bryan ran the 2 mile course and Mitch ran the 5 mile course. I drove out to the airport to make sure Mitch was okay, and he was. He and Andrew saw a snake while they were running!
The boys raced to the finish line - and each got first for their age group!
Shady Acres was well represented at the fun run!
Shannon got 2nd in her age division. Happy kids - now we pack for Chelan!
