We got up early this morning and headed up to the Prosser Balloon Rally. Yesterday there were dozens of balloons, clear blue skies, and fabulous views. Today, we had a strong breeze and rain. So, we saw four balloons lift off and got to enjoy a breakfast visit with the Staggs. Not a bad trade-off!
