We wrapped up another school year! Shannon and the kindergarten had a ceremony on Thursday and both Bryan and I were able to get to it, along with the Johnson grands.

Shan received an award for being a Working Wonder. Ms. Watson gave it to her as the student who is "motivated, determined, and hard working". Proud of that girl!
She sang and chanted with gusto!
Then we popped into her classroom to see her books and year-end projects.
Shannon had a wonderful year with Ms. Watson!
Friday was our last day and these two were ready.
They had a long assembly at which Mitch received 2 awards. One was for being a top reader in the school as he earned 208 AR points for reading. The other was for being the school leader in Junior Joggers. He racked up 397 laps - just 3 laps shy of 100 miles this year!
We have two great kids and are looking forward to our summer vacation!
We started it with a moving party at Johnsons...we're making progress thanks to lots of help (though not so much from MBJ)! Cheers to summer vacation!
