We had a low-key holiday weekend but got a lot of odds and ends completed. Mom and Dad came down to play with the kids on Saturday so Bryan could help me outline my health class. So looking forward to teaching health to 7th graders this spring...We had a hot date to school, to the grocery store, and then to Star Wars in the evening.

Meanwhile, Mitch showed off his developing reading skills but reading the bedtime book himself! This guy is making great progress toward his goal!
Both kids helped Bryan paint the area around the laundry sink.
We are getting lots of odd jobs done and replacing the faucet was a big one. Check that off the list!
We enjoyed the nice weather and went on several walks and rides. BJ rode with the kids to the park and they happily played. Always nice to have a long weekend at home!
