Mitch loves Poly. Instead of just petting her, he likes to give her full body hugs, which end up being more of a tackle. She is uber tolerant, especially considering her snarky attitude.
This picture captures both attitudes so well - Mitch's delight at being able to be so close and Poly's disdainful forced tolerance.
And here is pure delight on Mitchell's part. He'd have stayed that way all morning if she'd let him.
How sweet! Poly looks like she might bite him, if only it wouldn't bring swift and vengeful retribution from Mama. He's getting so big Kate, there's hardly any baby left in him!
